Call Ya Mother · Last updated August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Call Ya Mother ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. The App is published by Human Industries, LLC.

Call Ya Mother is designed to keep your information on your own devices. We do not operate servers that store your personal data, and we cannot access the contacts or reminders you create in the App.

1. Information the App Uses

Contact information

The App lets you choose a person from your device's address book to set up call reminders. When you select a contact, the App stores that person's name and phone number so it can display the reminder and place the call. This information stays within the App on your device and in your personal iCloud account. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Reminder settings

Schedules, frequency, and notification preferences you configure are stored alongside your selected contacts.

Device information

Standard technical information such as your device model and iOS version is used locally for compatibility. A general version of this information is also included in the anonymous analytics described below.

Anonymous usage analytics

To understand how the App is used overall and to improve it, the App uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records anonymous, aggregate events — such as when the App is opened and which features are used — together with general technical details like device model, iOS version, language and region settings, and country. Country is determined by TelemetryDeck from the network connection your device makes when a signal is sent; TelemetryDeck resolves this to country level only and does not retain precise location. This data cannot identify you: it is tied to an anonymous, non-reversible identifier rather than to your name, email, phone number, or any account, and no advertising identifier is used. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and your contacts, reminders, notes, and other personal content are never included in it and are never transmitted to us. Analytics are on by default and you can switch them off at any time in the App's settings — see Section 5.

The App does not collect payment information, precise location, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Information in the App is used solely to operate its core features: reminding you to call the people you have chosen and initiating those calls. It is not used for any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We have no ability to do so, because we never receive it.

3. Data Storage and Syncing

Your App data is stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, it also syncs through Apple's iCloud service so your reminders stay consistent across your devices.

This syncing takes place entirely within your own iCloud account. Data is transmitted and stored by Apple under Apple's security practices and privacy policy, and the developer has no access to it. We cannot view, retrieve, or export your data.

You can stop syncing at any time by disabling iCloud for Call Ya Mother in your device's Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's own frameworks for contacts, notifications, and iCloud syncing. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The App also uses TelemetryDeck for the anonymous usage analytics described in Section 1; TelemetryDeck's handling of that data is governed by its Privacy Policy. The App integrates no advertising networks and no other third-party services or software development kits.

5. Your Choices and Controls

Anonymous usage analytics can be turned off. Open the App's own settings and switch off analytics. They are on by default; once you switch them off, the App stops sending any further usage data, and nothing you have already sent can be traced back to you in any case.

At any time, through your device's Settings app, you can also:

Deleting the App removes its data from your device. To remove synced data, delete the App's data from your iCloud storage in Settings. Because we hold no copy of your information, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data are satisfied by these controls. If you have questions about exercising these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Children's Privacy

Call Ya Mother is intended for users aged 13 and older, consistent with our Terms of Use. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Whatever a user's age, the App collects no personal information. Contacts, reminders, and settings stay on the user's own device and in their personal iCloud account — none of it is transmitted to us, and we have no technical means of accessing it. We therefore hold no such information to disclose, correct, or delete.

If you are a parent or guardian and wish to control a child's use of the App, you can revoke its access to Contacts, turn off notifications, or disable iCloud syncing in the device's Settings. Apple's Screen Time parental controls can also restrict installation and use.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
